There are two old stone houses with accompanying auxiliary facilities – two smaller houses in the village Topolo, a useful net surface of approximately 183 m2.
The BRP of all buildings on the plot amounts to a total of 244.10 m2 because not all of this is advertised in this ad. The houses are made on a rugged terrain and are interconnected by the levels.
